The staff was friendly and always eager to help. The room was well equipped and the bed was fluffy with nice pillows. We really enjoyed the convenient location near the train station with easy access to transportation. the nearby area had numerous local bars and restaurants to choose from.

The room was well equipped, with useful amenities like deodorising spray and nice toiletries. The location was very convenient, accessible by foot to Kanda and Tokyo stations. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had good coffee. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and had an iron & ironing board. Conveniently located near Otemachi station and the Imperial Palace Gardens. Metro station is very close. Good for people who like karaoke and casinos.

The hotel had a good location with easy access to public transport. The Tokyo main station and Kanda station were within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. The room was well-equipped with nice toiletries and a good bath/shower. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast buffet was tasty with a good coffee. The hotel also had useful amenities including a coin laundry and vending machines.
The hotel lacked some facilities, and it would have been nice to have a restaurant since the only option was a small bakery.

We loved staying here. The location was fantastic as it was within walking distance of the train station and it was in the heart of the financial district. The room was spacious and tidy with good amenities such as ironing facilities, tea, and coffee. The staff were very friendly, and the housekeeping and shoe shine service was a nice touch.
Would recommend staying here for anyone in the area.
